Our Wellness 1:1 sessions are about honest evaluation and personal reflection, specific goal definition and accountability.

We work together, build an understanding of your specific needs and priorities, and suggest specific practical wellness tools that align to your newly agreed future wellness values.

We are all about being realistic, making it sustainable, keeping it fun, making it work.

Price:

£75 Per single - 1:1 90 minute session

£60 single 1:1 - 75 minute follow-up sessions

£55 for bookings of 5 or more 75 minute sessions to be taken over 6 month period.
